Class 3 were all very excited today when PC Louise came into our class to talk about keeping themselves safe. They all listened really well and took part in an interesting activity which made them think about what to do in a variety of different scenarios. All the children answered questions sensibly and many asked very thoughtful questions too! I know that PC Louise was very impressed.

Treasure Hunt
Class 3 made good use of the dry weather last week! They really enjoyed playing in the outdoor classroom area and taking part in a Treasure Hunt around the school where they had a series of clues about places within the school grounds. The children then had to try to locate the places in the clues, to eventually find the treasure!

Role Play
The children enjoy playing in the class Post Office.
Some of the children really enjoyed taking on the role of a character from the story 'After the Storm' that we have been reading in class.
Outdoors
We were so excited when the fence arrived! Sadly the weather has prevented all the children from using the outdoor area so far, but hopefully they will all get the chance to use the outdoor space soon.We are really looking forward to developing the area to make it a stimulating outdoors learning environment.
